Villa DiTrapano

 

Kitchen:

Our renovated kitchen floor is colorful Italian tile. For our countertops, we chose white Carrara marble. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker and dishwasher. We have chosen Calphalon cookware, and all the essential cooking instruments any chef would need, including a gas stove. We have all of the necessary dish-ware and stemware for a 5-course Italian meal. There is an espresso machine, a stovetop espresso maker, and a French press. Local grocers have the necessary ingredients for a wonderful meal or you can have one prepared for you. Simply email us at villaditrapano@gmail.com when you make your Villa reservation. 

 

Bedrooms:

Our villa accommodates 10 people. We have 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one room with a queen bed and one room with 2 twin beds. On the 3rd floor, we have two rooms, both with queen beds. Our 2 memory foam cots are perfect for children or extra guests. They easily fit in the queen rooms closest to the bathroom on each floor.  We also have a bed railing for children.

 

All bedding is of the highest quality and our sheets have a high thread count. We have selected our bedding thinking of our guests who deserve the finest. Each bedroom has 2 white waffle weave 100% cotton robes hanging in the armoires. There is also an Italian hairdryer in each bedroom. No need to pack a hairdryer or robe. (FYI the hairdryers only work in the bathrooms.)

1st Fl, Bedroom 1---Queen (+Cot)

1st Fl, Bedroom 2---2 Twins

2nd Fl Bedroom 1---1 Queen (+Cot)

2nd Fl Bedroom 2---1 Queen

 

Bathrooms:

There are three full bathrooms in the villa. The 1st floor bathroom is off the living room/dining room area. When unlocked, you may also enter from outside when using the pool. This is a full bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd floor bathroom is a combination tub/shower and has a bidet. It is shared by the queen room and twin room on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor bathroom has a walk-in Travertine spa shower with a rain shower head and cascading faucet. There is also a handheld shower. This bathroom has a bidet. The stone for the bathrooms was chosen from the famous town of Tivoli, near Rome.

 

Swimming Pool:

Our villa has an onsite chlorine pool for guests to use. The pool's shallow end is 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep and the deep end is 1.98 meters (6.5 feet) deep. The length is 10 meters (32 feet) long and 5 meters (16 feet) wide.

We have 8 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas, and several small tables by the pool for your relaxation. Beach/pool towels are provided. Easy access to the 1st floor bathroom from the pool area.
